Platform Catalog

This guide shows you how to browse the platform catalog and add new platforms to your agency. The catalog is where you discover which marketing and advertising platforms AccessHive supports and enable them for your team.

Time to complete: About 3 minutes.

Before you start
  • You need the Admin role to add platforms to your agency.
  • Review the Platforms concept page for background on how platforms work in AccessHive.

Navigate to Platforms > Platform Catalog in the left sidebar.

Understanding the catalog layout

The catalog displays every platform AccessHive supports, organized into categories. Each platform card shows:

  • Platform name and logo – so you can quickly find the one you need.
  • Category – the type of platform (advertising, analytics, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Supported identity types – which credential types work with this platform (Shared Credential, Service Account, API Key, or OAuth App).
  • Add to Agency button – enables the platform for your team.

Use the search bar at the top to filter platforms by name. You can also filter by category using the category tabs on the left side of the page.

Adding a platform to your agency

Step 1 – Find the platform

Scroll through the catalog or use the search bar to locate the platform you want to add. Categories help narrow the list – select a category on the left to show only platforms of that type.

Step 2 – Review platform capabilities

Click on a platform card to see its details. Check which identity types it supports to make sure it matches how your team authenticates. For example, some platforms only support Shared Credential, while others also accept API Key or Service Account.

Check identity type support first

If you plan to use a Service Account or API Key with a platform, confirm the platform supports that identity type before adding it. You can see supported types on each platform card.

Step 3 – Add the platform

Click the Add to Agency button on the platform card. The platform is added to your agency and appears in Settings > Platforms where you can configure its connection settings.

Adding a platform does not connect it

Adding a platform to your agency makes it available for configuration. You still need to set up the connection in Platform Connections before you can create identities for it.

Platform categories

Platforms are grouped into categories that reflect their function:

Category Examples
Advertising Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
Analytics Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
E-commerce Shopify, WooCommerce
Email & CRM Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp
Social media Meta Business, LinkedIn, Pinterest
Search & SEO Google Search Console, Semrush
Productivity Google Workspace, Slack

Not every platform fits neatly into one category. Some platforms appear in multiple categories if they serve multiple functions.

Something went wrong?

I can’t find a platform in the catalog

The catalog shows all platforms AccessHive currently supports. If the platform you need is not listed, it may not be supported yet. Contact your AccessHive account representative to request support for a new platform.

The Add to Agency button is greyed out

You may not have the Admin role, or the platform may already be added to your agency. Check Settings > Platforms to see if it is already listed there. If you need the Admin role, ask your agency administrator. See Troubleshooting.

Platform was added but doesn’t appear in the identity wizard

After adding a platform, you need to configure its connection in Platform Connections and bring it to Operational state before it appears in the identity creation wizard. See Troubleshooting.
